For the 2025 Conference, we are offering early bird registrations, full conference registrations, day only registrations, preconference workshop registrations, Welcome Reception and Social Conference Dinner tickets.
*Please note all prices are listed in $AUD, and GST inclusive.

Full Registration Inclusions
(6 - 7 November 2025)
Attendance at all conference sessions, access to exhibition, morning/afternoon teas and lunch as per conference program, Welcome Reception, access to conference app and name badge. Additional tickets can be purchased for the Welcome Reception.
Please note: Full Conference Registration does not include Preconference Workshops and Social Dinner ticket, these can be purchased during the registration process.
Day Registration Inclusions
(6 or 7 November 2025)
Attendance at conference sessions (only for selected day of attendance), access to exhibition, morning /afternoon teas and lunch as per conference program (only for selected day of attendance), access to conference app and name badge.
Please note: Day Registration does not include Preconference Workshops, Welcome Reception and Social Dinner tickets, these can be purchased during the registration process.
Conference Workshop Inclusions
(5 November 2025)
Attendance to your selected workshop/s including catering for either morning or afternoon tea.
Please note: Preconference Workshop registrations do not include a Conference Registration or Welcome Reception ticket, these can be purchased during the registration process.
Please note:
Early Bird registration fees are applicable up to and including 30 July 2025.
Standard registration fees are applicable from 31 July 2025.
Cancellation Fees:
Before Monday 6 October 2025 will incur an AUD$155.00 cancellation fee. After Monday 6 October 2025 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid. After Friday 17 October 2025 there will be no refund.
