PAYMENT: Credit card guarantee details are required to secure booking, and will be forwarded to the hotel 30 days prior to the conference for full pre-payment. All guests are responsible for paying any remaining balance direct to the hotel upon arrival/departure.

CANCELLATION: Bookings cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival will incur no penalty. Bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival or ""no shows"" will incur a penalty equal to 100% of the total accommodation booking.
