Registration Payment
Full payment must be received prior to the commencement of the AEN 2025 Conference. Payment of early bird fees is required by the specified date to qualify for the rate. Payment is due within 7 days of submitting your registration and can be made online via credit card, or by requesting an invoice on the following payment page.
Full conference registration entitles you to access the full conference program (excluding pre-conference activities and the conference social dinner) for which you have registered.
Day registration entitles you to the conference program for you selected day only (excluding pre-conference activities and all social functions).
Any and all other costs associated with your attendance shall be borne solely by you. ARMS shall have no liability for such costs.
Confirmation
A confirmation with a PDF Tax Invoice will be emailed when you submit your registration. If you pay by credit card a receipt will also be attached.
Cancellations & Refunds
You will be required to agree to Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) at point of registration, which indicates your acknowledgment that you will be liable for a cancellation fee if you are unable to attend. In the case of cancellations, please notify ARMS in writing via email or contact the ARMS Executive Office via email ARMSEvents@researchmanagement.org.au . Alternatively, a substitute delegate may be nominated.
In the event the AEN 2025 conference is cancelled, a full refund or transfer of credit will be applied. ARMS is not liable for any travel and/or accommodation costs associated with the cancellation of the conference for reasons outside of it control. Personal or company insurance policies should be referred to in these circumstances.
If, for reasons beyond the control of ARMS, the Conference is postponed, all registrations will be transferred to the new Conference date.
If a delegate chooses to no longer travel to the Conference, the refund policy at the date of cancellation will apply.
Cancellations Fees
Before Monday 6 October 2025 will incur an AUD$155.00 cancellation fee. After Monday 6 October 2025 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid. After Friday 17 October 2025 there will be no refund.
Accommodation
Credit card details must be given at time of booking to guarantee reservation. Authority to debit your credit card for an accommodation deposit will be passed to the hotel. The hotel at its discretion may process this debit immediately or wait until you check-out. Please read individual hotels terms & conditions when booking.
Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. ARMS take no responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by delegates. It is strongly recommended that delegates take out appropriate insurance that includes loss of fees prior to the commencement of the Conference. It is your sole responsibility to obtain appropriate insurance, including adequate travel insurance prior to commencement of travel.
Privacy
In registering for the Conference, relevant details will be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates (name, organisation, state/country only – in accordance with the Australian Privacy Amendment Act 2000) and may be made available to parties directly related to the conference. When completing the registration form, you will be asked to acknowledge that the details supplied by you may be used for the above purposes.
Photography
Photography will take place during the Conference and will potentially be used for ARMS promotional purposes. By attending the Conference, you consent to ARMS capturing your image. If you have concerns over this, please contact ARMS at ARMSEvents@researchmanagement.org.au
Program Disclaimer
The program is correct at the time of publishing. ARMS reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items from the program or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the Conference timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. ARMS will not accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.
ARMS embraces diversity and inclusion and the freedom of speech of all members and contributors to the conference. However, it should be noted that the views expressed at the conference by individual authors (either in-person at the event or via other social media platforms) does not necessarily reflect the views and values shared by the Society or other associated parties.
Name Badge
Each attendee of the Conference will receive a name badge upon registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. ARMS expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner. Prohibited Conduct
You are not permitted to sell any goods or promote your business throughout the duration of the event without the written authority of ARMS.
ARMS reserves the right to deny participation to anyone who engages in or is reputed to engage in unethical or non-compliant business practices. In addition to the requirement, ARMS may also exclude any prospective participant from registering for or participating in this Conference.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you behave in an appropriate manner throughout the duration of the event. This includes but not limited to disruptive behaviour to the speakers, other delegates, sponsors, and exhibitors.
