Destination: University of Newcastle – Callaghan Campus
Dates: Thursday 6 November and Friday 7 November 2025
Morning Pickups – 7:30 AM
Pickup Locations:
1. Rydges Newcastle: 7:30am
Address: Wharf Rd & Merewether St, Newcastle
Pickup Point: Short parking area just after the entry to Rydges
2. Novotel Newcastle Beach: 7:40am
Address: 5 King St, Newcastle
Pickup Point: Watt Street, in front of Customs House
3. NOAH'S on the Beach
Address: 29 Zaara St, Newcastle East
Pickup Point: Watt Street, in front of Customs House
(Note: Novotel and NOAH'S share the same pickup point)
8:30am arrival at the University of Newcastle.
Return Transport to Hotels
Thursday 6 November – Pickup at 5:30 PM
Friday 7 November – Pickup at 5:00 PM
