PAYMENT: Credit card guarantee details are required to secure booking and will be forwarded to the hotel 30 days prior to the conference, 1 night deposit will be charged to the stored card. All guests are responsible for paying the remaining balance direct to the hotel upon arrival.

CANCELLATION: Bookings cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival will incur no penalty. Bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival or ""no shows"" will incur a penalty equal to 100% of the total accommodation booking.
