PAYMENT: Credit card guarantee details are required to secure booking and will be forwarded to the hotel 30 days prior to the conference, the full payment will be charged to the stored card at 30 days.

Guests will still require a credit or debit card to check in. If you don’t have a card on check-in, an authority form will need to be completed to cover any incidentals.

CANCELLATION: Bookings cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival will incur no penalty. Bookings cancelled between 29 - 14 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty equal to one night of the total accommodation cancelled. Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival or ""no shows"" will incur a penalty equal to 100% of the total accommodation booking.
