PAYMENT: Credit card guarantee details are required to secure your booking and will be forwarded to the hotel 30 days prior to the conference. Your Credit card details will be stored as a guarantee, no charges will be made against your card prior to arrival. All guests are responsible for paying the balance direct to the hotel upon arrival/departure.

CANCELLATION: Bookings cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival will incur no penalty. Bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival or ""no shows"" will incur a penalty equal to 100% of the total accommodation booking.
