Payment is due within 7 days of submitting your registration and can be made online via credit card, or by requesting an invoice on the payment page.

Your registration entitles you to access to the Conference for which you have registered. Any and all other costs associated with your attendance shall be borne solely by you. ARMS shall have no liability for such costs.

Confirmation
A confirmation with a PDF Tax Invoice will be emailed when you submit your registration. If you pay by credit card a receipt will also be attached.

Cancellations & Refunds
You will be required to agree to Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) at point of registration, which indicates your acknowledgment that you will be liable for a cancellation fee if you are unable to attend. In the case of cancellations, please notify ARMS in writing via email or contact the ARMS Executive Office via email ARMSEvents@researchmanagement.org.au. Alternatively, a substitute delegate may be nominated.

In the event the AEN 2023 conference is cancelled, due to government restrictions or border closures, a full refund or transfer of credit will be applied. A full refund or transfer of credit will also be applied in the event a delegate, exhibitor or partner is unable to attend AEN 2023  due to government restrictions or border closures. The organiser is not liable for any travel and/or accommodation costs associated with cancellation of the conference or inability to attend. Personal or company insurance policies should be referred to in these circumstances.

The organiser is not responsible for any mandatory quarantine fees. Travel and border responsibility rests with the individual arriving into the conference location(Melbourne).

If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organiser (such as COVID-19), the Conference is postponed, all registrations will be transferred to the new Conference date.

If a delegate chooses to no longer travel to the Conference, and there are no applicable government enforced restrictions, the applicable refund policy at the date of cancellation will apply.
