In registering for the conference, relevant details will be incorporated into a delegate list (name, organisation, state/country only - in accordance with the Australian Privacy Amendment Act 2000). This information may be made available to parties directly related to the Conference including, the Australasian Research Management Society (ARMS), the Conference organising committee, venues and accommodation providers (for the purposes of room bookings), sponsors (subject to strict conditions) and other parties related to the Conference. By completing the following registration form, you acknowledge you have read the conditions and that details supplied may be used for the above purposes.

Institutional Registration

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

- Early Bird registration fees are applicable up to and including Thursday, 25 June 2026
- Standard registration fees are applicable from Friday, 26 June 2026

Individual Registration Inclusions
Attendance at all conference sessions and access to Exhibition, Welcome Reception on Tuesday, 08 September 2026, Conference Dinner on Thursday, 10 September 2026, morning/afternoon teas and lunch as per the conference program, access to conference app and name badge.

 

After purchasing your institutional registration, please check your email for further instructions on how to individually register the ten (10) attendees from your institution.

 

Tiered Institutional Registrations Terms & Conditions

Organisations may purchase bulk registrations at a discounted rate under the Tiered Institutional Registration program (Tier 1: 5 registrations, Tier 2: 10 registrations, Tier 3: 20 registrations).
Please note:

  • Refunds are not available for individual registrations within a tiered package.
  • Cancellation of one or more individual registrations after purchase will not result in a partial refund, as this would invalidate the discount applied to the tier.
  • Substitution of delegates within the same tier is permitted at no additional cost, provided notification is received in writing prior to the Conference.
  • All tiered registrations must be paid in full by the specified due date to secure the discounted rate.
